In the past few years there has been a large shift towards lower physical activity levels worldwide! And it is estimated that about 31% of the world’s population does not meet the recommendations for sufficient exercise on a daily basis. To me and many others, that is a shocking number and the worst news is that it continues to drop!
Luckily I came across a Quiz called “How active are you?” created by Readers Digest. Click below and take the quiz to find out how physically active you are compared to what experts are recommending.

Physical activity recommendations: Help decrease your risk of disease.
- At least 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week (i.e., brisk walking).
- Muscle strengthening activieties 2 or more days a week that work all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms).
